Waiver, Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk Agreement

 
I, for myself and behalf of my spouse, children and/or other family members and guests participating in this MMSac event:

1. Knowingly assume and acknowledge any and all risks related to this event, such as personal injuries to myself and/or my family members/guests including medical and/or hospital bills.
    
2. Agree that MMSac is not liable for any injuries and/or allergic reactions that may be related to this event as result of my and my family's participation.
    
3. Agree that Marathi Mandal Sacramento is not liable for picture(s)/video(s) being taken during the event and shared online or on any social media platform(s).
    
4. Agree and will NOT hold the following accountable for any liability as a result of my and my family's participation in this event: MMSac community, MMSac EC, MMSac event volunteers and any other parties connected to this event.
